14 Day Clean Eating & Shakeology Challenge

The 14-day Shakeology Challenge is designed for people who need a little help getting their fitness and nutrition journey going, but aren't ready to commit to a full 21, 30 or 60 challenge group just yet!
This
Clean Eating & Shakeology Challenge will help you lose weight, incorporate exercise into your daily routine and get
in the habit of eating healthy, balanced meals a day.
During
the 14 days, you will be asked to:
• Drink Shakeology every
day
• Exercise for at least 30
minutes every day
• Drink half of your
weight in oz. of water each day
• Follow my meal plan
• Weigh in only on days 1
and 14!
• Check into the group daily for online
support and motivation from me
Once you
complete the 14-day Shakeology Challenge you
WILL see RESULTS and it will be easier than ever to stick with your new fitness
and clean eating routine!!
