14 Day Shakeology Challenge!

14 Day Clean Eating & Shakeology Challenge

Did January 1st come too fast for you?! Are you ready now?! I’m so excited about this super fun online challenge group!! The 14-day Shakeology Challenge is designed for people who need a little help getting their fitness and nutrition journey going, but aren't ready to commit to a full 21, 30 or 60 challenge group just yet! 

This Clean Eating & Shakeology Challenge will help you lose weight, incorporate exercise into your daily routine and get in the habit of eating healthy, balanced meals a day.

During the 14 days, you will be asked to:
    Drink Shakeology every day
    Exercise for at least 30 minutes every day
    Drink half of your weight in oz. of water each day
    Follow my meal plan
    Weigh in only on days 1 and 14!
    Check into the group daily for online support and motivation from me

Once you complete the 14-day Shakeology Challenge you WILL see RESULTS and it will be easier than ever to stick with your new fitness and clean eating routine!!
