Spring Fit Chicks Fitness Challenge ANNOUNCEMENT



Spring is just around the corner, which means warmer weather and summer being right behind! Let's those bods is shape for shorts, tank tops, and yes...even bathing suits!

I'm looking for a group of ladies who are ready to commit and want to see results! All fitness levels are welcome! Join my March online accountability group and you will receive the motivation, encouragement, and be held accountable for your health and fitness commitments!

Together we will work HARD towards getting healthier and in better shape. We will focus on your nutrition and fitness goals, while providing motivation and daily accountability! There will also be contests and prizes!

If you want the results, you have to be ready to commit to your health and fitness goals and I am here to help you with this. People see more success when they do it together with like-minded individuals who are also ready for change and want to surround themselves with others who want to see the same results. All of this will be done in our own homes, on our own schedules...what's more convenient than that? You can even choose a workout program that can be streamed instantly via laptop, tablet, or mobile device...perfect for those who have traveling coming up. It's a recipe for success! No excuses!

This challenge will run for 30 days and focus on either the 21 Day Fix or 21 Day Fix Extreme programs, but there are plenty of other programs to choose from, including the option to choose your own programs from hundreds of Beachbody workouts! We can work together and I will match you with a program that fits your health and fitness goals.

Pricing varies depending on which workout program you choose and if you want to include Shakeology in your program (which I highly recommend doing), so let's talk now and match you with the perfect plan that's right for YOU and your GOALS!

Baked Paleo Sweet Potatoes

I love sweet potatoes, and this side dish has become a regular in our household. This baked sweet potatoes recipe is so easy to make, which is reason #2 why I love it so much! 
AND, it's 21 Day Fix approved, so if you are doing the 21 Day Fix or 21 Day Fix Extreme programs, you're golden!


Sweet potatoes 
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp of raw honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Wash and chop sweet potatoes into cubes
3. Combine oil, honey, & spices in a bowl, then add in potatoes, stirring until potatoes are evenly coated.
4. Spread sweet potatoes evenly in one layer on cookies sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Bake for 35 minutes or until tender, stir occasionally while baking.
