Do you find yourself laser focused on your eating and fitness Monday through Friday, then when Friday night comes, you throw all of your discipline out the window? This was me for years! I worked so hard during the week and would "reward" myself on weekends, and I'd wonder and wonder why I wasn't seeing the results in my body that I wanted. To break that cycle, you need to stick to your guns throughout weekends too. Easier said than done, I know, but once you break that cycle, you'll start seeing quicker results, and you'll stick to the healthy weekend habits that you've created for yourself!
